EFIS WARRANTY.

There are considerable advantages for European Customers who purchase their DYNON EFIS, through the European Distributor,

AVIATION PARTS SUPPLIES.

1.    All costs related to importation from the U.S.A., including insurance, is

        covered within the purchase price.

2.    All Customs importation requirements are met by Aviation Parts 

        Supplies.

3.    In the unusual event of Warranty considerations, Aviation Parts

        Supplies will return the EFIS to Dynon at no cost to the Customer.

        Postage or freight within the EEC, is the responsibility of the 

        Customer.

4.    Aviation Parts Supplies will issue a loan EFIS, subject to agreed terms

        and conditions, for the period of absence of the EFIS unit under

        Warranty consideration.

5.    Aviation Parts Supplies will hold forward, subject to manufacturing 

        supply constraints, new and loan EFIS units to allow for next day

        delivery in most situations.

6.    All of the foregoing points will in no way detract from the DYNON

        AVIONICS Warranty as supplied with the purchased EFIS unit.
